Faratarh Steel

Faratarh Steel began its operations in 1997 with the goal of trading steel sections within the steel supply chain. Over the years, the company has expanded its units to include sales and export, procurement and import, technical engineering, project planning, and market development (R&D). Today, it is one of the leading providers of high-quality steel sections in Iran and export markets.

The company’s products, which include I-beams, channels, angles, rebar, various types of steel plates, and mineral raw materials, are offered with quality distinct from competitors and notable services, either directly or through the stock market.

Faratarh Mining

Faratarh Mining, with a focus on investment, partnership, and acquisition of iron, copper, and gold mines, is a key player in the upstream sector of the steel and metals value chain, providing all exploration, extraction, and processing services. Faratarh Mining also focuses on the purchase and sale of various mineral products in Iran and the trade of mineral products including iron ore, concentrate, pellets, sponge iron, and the creation of related production capacities. It is one of the main exporters of mineral products to various countries.

Faratarh Mining’s business partners include Shadgan Steel Industry Company, Isfahan Foundry Group, Khuzestan Steel Group, MIDHCO Group, Ghadir Iranian Steel, Sanabad Comprehensive Industrial and Mining Development Company, Persian Gulf Steel, White Dast Steel Company, Sangan Mining and Steel Company, and Ehyaye Steel Steel Baft Company, among others.

Faratarh Rolling

Faratarh Rolling joined the Faratarh Group family as the third company in the group in the fall of 2021, located in the Rasht Industrial City in Gilan Province. This addition aimed to leverage the group’s extensive experience in the steel market to produce high-quality long steel products, including rebar.

With an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of rebar in various sizes, Faratarh Rolling is one of the largest rebar exporters in northern Iran. The factory’s products include ribbed rebar A3 ranging from sizes 14 to 32, Ukrainian rebar, and custom products based on customer demand, all marketed under the Caspian Rebar Rolling brand.

Faratarh Alloys

Faratarh Alloys, established in the ISOICO Free Zone in Bandar Abbas, is dedicated to producing alloyed and stainless steel products for specialized industries such as shipbuilding, medical, automotive, and petrochemical sectors. With a vision to export these products to the Middle East and North Africa, Faratarh Alloys introduces advanced German technology for producing stainless steel using green methods, marking the first time this technology is implemented in Iran.

The Faratarh Alloys plant, with an annual production capacity of 86,400 tons of stainless steel, is set to commence operations in 1405 (2026), positioning Iran as a key exporter of this strategic product.

Caspian Rebar Rolling is the brand name for the rebar products produced by Faratarh Group, including ribbed A3 rebar ranging from sizes 14 to 32, Ukrainian rebar, and custom-made products based on customer demands. These products are offered both in the local market and through the Iran Commodity Exchange. This brand, alongside the export brand Faratarh Rolling, is produced at the Faratarh Rolling factory.
