Faratarh Group's subsidiaries include Faratarh Steel, Faratarh Alloys, Vinco, Faranam, Sana Steel, and Caspian Rebar Rolling. In addition, "Faratarh Future" serves as the group's corporate social responsibility (CSR) and cultural development program, focusing on education, healthcare, and social development initiatives.

Faratarh Steel

Faratarh Steel began its operations in 1997 with the goal of trading steel sections within the steel supply chain. Over the years, the company has expanded its units to include sales and export, procurement and import, technical engineering, project planning, and market development (R&D). Today, it is one of the leading providers of high-quality steel sections in Iran and export markets.

The company’s products, which include I-beams, channels, angles, rebar, various types of steel plates, and mineral raw materials, are offered with quality distinct from competitors and notable services, either directly or through the stock market.

Faratarh Alloys

Faratarh Alloys, established in the ISOICO Free Zone in Bandar Abbas, is dedicated to producing alloyed and stainless steel products for specialized industries such as shipbuilding, medical, automotive, and petrochemical sectors. With a vision to export these products to the Middle East and North Africa, Faratarh Alloys introduces advanced German technology for producing stainless steel using green methods, marking the first time this technology is implemented in Iran.

The Faratarh Alloys plant, with an annual production capacity of 86,400 tons of stainless steel, is set to commence operations in 1405 (2026), positioning Iran as a key exporter of this strategic product.

The main objective of Faranam Trading Development Company is the supply, distribution, and trade of non-steel products such as copper, aluminum, zinc, and other valuable metals. Caspian Rebar Rolling

Caspian Rebar Rolling is the brand name for the rebar products produced by Faratarh Group, including ribbed A3 rebar ranging from sizes 14 to 32, Ukrainian rebar, and custom-made products based on customer demands. These products are offered both in the local market and through the Iran Commodity Exchange. This brand, alongside the export brand Faratarh Rolling, is produced at the Faratarh Rolling factory.
